Hello,
I noticed from this thread that we cannot upload audio files. I want to build a workflow that allows users to upload their audio files, and I’ll send them the transcription. This can be done using Make and FirefliesAI integration, but since Pickaxe doesn’t allow audio attachments, I’m stuck.
I want Pickaxe to be the main interface of everything I deliver, so I’m really hoping my users don’t have to go to Fireflies AI to do this. Please advise, thank you.
P/s I tried renaming the file to txt so that I can use Make to rename the extension later, but turns out there’s also a limitation to how big a file Pickaxe can accept
Anyway to increase the size? Audio files can be very large.

Hey @james.yeoh I sent you a DM about this with a list of questions.
I would also like to request this feature (uploading audio files). I want to allow my users to attach audio files directly into Pickaxes. This will enable users to create transcripts from audio content within pickaxe and fully use already supported models like REKA AI via Actions within Pickaxe.
If you also think this feature is useful, then please show your support here so the developers can consider implementing it. Every heart helps make this more of a priority. Thanks.

FYI - I got an email from Lindsay at Pickaxe. She said if we want Pickaxe to add the ability to upload audio files, then we should post this request in the “Features Request” section and not in other community sections like General. Apparently, they don’t want users to discuss feature requests in other section. I sent her a screenshot of users wanting to upload audio files. Then she replied and said: “none of the posts shown are in the “Feature Requests” section, which is where users can upvote potential site changes. It’s really helpful for us to see votes on issues so we have a sense of how to prioritize updates.”
So, if we really want Pickaxe to add the ability to upload audio files and use audio related actions via models like Reka AI, then we need to upvote existing posts and create more posts in the Features Request section.
