Pickaxe you’re a failure. I bought credits and then i get told i have none - just pay, pay, pay ! I’ve cancelled my stuff, it really needs to cancel the monthly payment too - this is evidence I let you know.

@alness and I have been working on this issue via email! Looks like they purchased credits with a different email than the one associated with their account - but should be fixed shortly!
