1. I have deployed a pickaxe (the menopause symptom decoder) in a wordpress page. I have the access for a guest set as 50 one-time credits (for testing). I have been testing the pickaxe (which is located here: https://mozaicpublishing.com/wp/understand-menopause-symptoms/) to see what happens when the guest credits run out and how the upgrade path works, but I have never hit the guest limit even though I have conversed WAY more than the 50 tokens/credits. What am I doing wrong? Why is it not working?
2. If I eventually get my guest access to work, and the user signs up to get more credits, where can I download the user’s email address to be able to communicate with them? Is there a way of communicating with a user within the interface?
Thanks for stress-testing this, Maria! I was able to reproduce the same behavior—embedded agents ignore the guest one-time credit cap, so the upgrade wall never fires. I’ve filed PRD-719 so engineering can patch the credit counter for embeds, and I’ll update this thread as soon as the fix ships.
I’m also confirming the cleanest way to pull the emails of guests who convert so I can give you a step-by-step answer there. Appreciate you surfacing both of these!
If you connect the correct Member Access Group and want me to double-check the flow, I’m happy to test it with you. This should be a quick fix once that path is defined
Thanks so much for taking a look at this. I knew I must have been doing something wrong! I’m going to set this up after some meetings and let you know. If the offer of jumping on a call is still available, that would be amazing too!
I increased the credits to 250, but I still couldn’t trigger the prompt that I had used up all my credits. I was using text to speech. I used 285 words not counting the words used when completing the form. I’m a bit stumped really… would you mind taking another look?
Hi @mtreadaway,
I can see the issue now, thanks for sharing the link and additional details.
I’ve passed this along to our engineering team, and they’re on it! The ticket ID is PRD-728. I’ll keep you updated as we make progress.
Thanks for stress-testing the fix so quickly, Maria. I re-ran the embed flow on our side and the guest limiter still isn"t firing outside the studio surface, so I reopened PRD-719 and bumped it to the on-call engineer. They"re instrumenting the embed path now to see why the meter never decrements after the first render. I"ll update this thread the moment the patched counter ships, and I"ll also call it out in the release log so you don"t have to keep manually checking. Appreciate the extra poke here.
I went away but am back now and wanting to deploy thes agents in my website. I tried testing but the 150 credit limit doesn’t kick in…
I have deployed as direct links for the following tools:
The Menopause Symptom DecoderFinally understand what’s actually happening in your body — and what to do about it. Describe what you’re experiencing and get clear, compassionate, evidence-informed insight. No more Dr Google spirals.
The Meal PlannerEat in a way that works with your changing hormones — not against them. Get a personalised meal plan built around your symptoms, your preferences and your life.
The Midlife Movement DesignerExercise that supports your body through this transition — not punishes it. Tailored movement plans that understand what a midlife body actually needs.
The Sleep ArchitectBecause everything is harder when you’re not sleeping. Tell us what’s going on at night and get a personalised sleep strategy built around your specific situation.
Hi, is it happening only on embeds or on direct links? I replicated your setup and I tried direct links shared by you and it looks like it gets triggered very well. It might be embed setup bug. Can you please confirm?
