When I give guest level access to my pickaxe for eg 5 credits . Are those hard 5 uses or is it 5 uses per month ?

Also I noticed whenever my user sign up for “Robot Chatter” product, he/she is also automatically sign up to “FREE registration” product which I deleted long time ago. Is this a bug ?

You can manage your guest access and credit frequency directly from your Studio. Just go to your Studio, then open the Access tab.
In the Guest Settings section, you can set how many free credits guests receive. These credits refresh automatically every 30 days, so for example, if you set it to 5, your guest users will get 5 uses per month, not just one time
If you want to give specific users recurring credits, you can also create or edit a Product under the same Access tab. When adding or editing a product, choose the credit frequency: for example, One-time, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly. You can then assign access or invite users with the Access button at the top.
If the “FREE Registration” product keeps appearing, check under Access → Products. If it’s tied to an embed, try deleting that embed and creating a new one. Each embed can have its own guest credit settings, so adjusting or recreating it usually fixes such issues.
