All of a sudden, as of today, I can’t click or change or select user access groups. In my trying to figure out what was happening, I unselected a user access group, and now I can’t even re-select the user access group for that particular user. I have an attached screenshot just kind of showing you what I am clicking on.
Essentially, what happens is when I click the button, the screen goes green. The screen turns light gray for two or three seconds, as if it’s about to correct the setting and turn on access to that user, but then it comes back and does not turn it on. I’m pretty sure this is a bug and is a pretty pressing issue, actually, because we need to be able to turn on access groups for several paid users.

Would it be possible for you to send us a video of this happening? I signed up for your workspace and was able to change the access group associated with my account. Let me know if this is happening specifically for that “chris+demo@thehumannexus.com” email or if it’s for every account. Let us know so we can look into it!

Our engineers looked into this issue and were able to resolve it! Please go to your workspace and see if the bug is still occurring. If it is, please let me know and I’ll look into it right away!
