LOgin missing entirely on Desktop

Unfortunately, now on desktop the login is missing entirely. It was always in the right upper corner; now it’s completely gone. It’s also not in the other menu, and the upgrade button is also still not fixed, so people who are logged out have absolutely no way to log in.

hi there Jan ! @easydeutsch

are you still running any custom scripts to hide anything? not seeing this issue globally but i can confirm i can see it on your workspace via custom domain.

we’ve made some changes to the upgrade flow as well so id love to learn more about if the path still isn’t going where ya need it to.

I deleted all custom scripts but problem is still there no login in the menu on desktop … my users have no means of signing in or signing up. Because the access denied screen on the guest portal still showing “Upgrade” instead of ligin sign up…

How can I link directly to the login from a button? WHats teh URL Parameter? I get plenty of logged out users not being able to login again because the only way to do so is through the upgrade process which is of course not natural whatsoever… and the “doorman” ain´t working for me either:

Update: Duplicated the Portal and this solved teh missing login /signup buttons in the upper right menu on Desktop…

BUt I still can´t use the" Doorman"!

@lindsay_support this is the exact problem I’m facing. The issue is not that I have a public guest portal. The issue is that the login button that used to be always in the top right corner has disappeared completely ever since you guys introduced the access groups. That makes it extremely difficult for my paid users to log into their account.

I want a public and free guest access portal but I want there to be a login button.

I have no custom code changing the display of my portals.

The wingman sent me this forum link showing I’m not the only one having this problem.

Thank you for getting on the call with Shenesia and I to explore this issue. It’s unfortunate I was sick that day.

I tried duplicating the portal, but that unfortunately did not solve the problem in my case.

I’m still missing the login signup buttons, which is causing a lot of confusion for my users.

Hi @enochleffingwell,

Can you let me know which workspace and portals are having this issue? I think the problem is due to your access groups not having an upgrade path but I want to make sure. When we switched to access groups, the upgrade paths were not updated which could be why you don’t see the login/sign up. If you want to, you can send this information over email and we can give you more personalized help, otherwise just leave it here so I can check for you!
