I’d like to offer free credits for users to try my products before subscribing. I added my products behind paywalls, but it locked them. How can I setup free credits and paywall? TIA

Hey @theflyscribe - welcome to the Pickaxe community! There are 2 ways you can offer free credits - note you cannot edit the pricing on a product once you save it and exit the initial configuration page.
- Add ‘Guest’ Credits - note: guests can access unlocked Pickaxe without having to sign up to your studio.
- Create a Free Trial / Freemium product and allocate the amount of free credits you would like to grant.
You can also configure the CTA messages here to entice the freemium users to upgrade.

Thank you Ned! So would I need to create two pickaxes of the same product–one Freemium and one paid? The configuration is different from tutorials I have watched.
@theflyscribe you can create multiple products the offer different levels of access to the same Pickaxe you want to add a paywall to.
So for e.g. you create 1 Pickaxe within your studio - then you go to the ‘Access’ tab and then under ‘Products & Paywalls’ can create 2 separate products. 1 offering limited free access (free trial), and the 2nd is a full subscription tier that offers more usage credits in exchange for payment. Does that make sense?
