Users no longer have access to portal

Hi,

Having an issue where my users no longer have access after latest updates. I re-configured my portals, but when the users who have access to said portal visit the page, they are told they do not have access and need to upgrade to get it.

The problem is, they are locked on this need to upgrade page, with no option to login or actually upgrade. Essentially, they are just frozen on this screen.

Hi @wallijam1, thanks for reaching out! Happy to help troubleshoot. Would you mind sending a screenshot of what your users are seeing? Is this happening to all of your users, or just some of them?

I think I sorted it out. Had to change some settings around. Thanks!
