I have set my portal access for the guest users to link out to another site - see attached. However, on the front end, when they hit the flow, they are presented with a card offering an upgrade that doesn’t exist in this workspace!
Any suggestions?

Thanks for flagging this — that upgrade CTA should definitely hide itself when the guest access card is set to link out. I’m checking with engineering to see whether we’re still reading an old billing plan reference on your workspace. Could you DM me the portal slug (or just reply here if that’s easier) so we can reproduce it against the right config?
Replied a couple of times via DM since posting - I still can’t locate the “Show Upgrade Card” button to turn off this workflow - can someone give me a steer, please, as at present, I cannot deploy/release access to this as it needs to steer towards a webpage for upgrade and not a ‘buy me’ style workflow.

It def. doesn’t have a show card option anywhere, on any page!
Hi @ecaveo ,
Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the confusion caused by the earlier guidance.
I was able to reproduce the issues you described and have reported them to our engineering team under PRD-645.
At the moment, it appears that your workspace is surfacing an older free product reference carried over from a previous version of the platform. We apologize for that, and I have flagged it internally as a high priority issue.
Separately, the issue with the locked tool screen not following the upgrade path defined in the access group has also been raised with the engineering team. They are actively investigating both behaviors and working toward a fix.
There is nothing further you need to do on your side for now. I will update you as soon as I have more information or as soon as a fix becomes available.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Hi @ecaveo,
Thank you again for your patience while our engineers worked through this.
They have now pushed fixes for both of the issues you were experiencing, including the locked tool screen behavior and the incorrect upgrade path display.
When you have a chance, please test it on your side and let us know if you notice anything unexpected.
